John Gillis received his early training with a local CPA firm in the Los Angeles Area. Later he spent five years with the Internal Revenue Service as field agent where he was involved in the examination of large Individual tax returns, Corporations and Trusts. He later spent time in the IRS training program training new agents and as a district
reviewer, reviewing agents cases for the Los Angeles District.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
*Graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business and Accounting from the California State University at Northridge in 1971.
*Completed all academic requirements of the California Board of Accountancy in 1978.

Vinesh Nathu received his early training with Price Waterhouse having spent 11 years in the audit department of Price Waterhouse in their Fiji Islands, Australian, Vanuatu and
American offices reaching the position of Manager.

*Graduated with a Bachelors degree in Commerce and Administration from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand in 1980.
*Completed all academic requirements for the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and administrators (UK) in 1985.
